If the Sullivans truly disputed this property line, why would Doc and Bernice have personally installed *and* left this fence line intact for over 50 years? Fact: the property deeds describe the original fence line as seen in these two pictures. Fact: Any dispute over fence lines in Idaho needs to be resolved in 6 years or the fence line *becomes* the property line. Fact: 44 years is a long time to have second thoughts! One can only imagine Bernice Sullivan's motive.
